General duties:Lead a team ensuring cost efficiency through challenge mindset.
Support the decision-making process related to investments and improve the financial performance of the entity.
The team is involved in the establishment of profitability methodology, as well as identifying areas of performance improvement of the bank mainly in the area of expenditures.
Additionally, the team’s role in critical assessment of projections and participation in the company’s budgeting and forecasting process is extremely valuable.
Requirements:
Challenger mindset and drive for improvements;
Solid analytical skills and structured thinking;
Proactivity, curiosity, flexibility, open minded
Relevant University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or another related field;
Professional business English knowledge (both written and oral);
Sound knowledge of MS office tools (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
