This role sits in the Digital Wallet Division of the Paysafe Group, a fast-growing dynamic Fintech business.

The role is a key role in FP&A owning the cost base and supporting the FP&A Manager and ultimately the Digital Wallet CFO and Leadership team with monitoring costs, analytics, presentations and ad-hoc requests.

Essential Duties:
Preparing budgets, quarterly forecasts and long term plans for the Divisional Cost Centres, with a focus on accuracy and carefully documented assumptions
Responsible for Headcount/Personnel reporting and planning for Divisional Cost Centres
Partnering with key stakeholders to control and analyze cost spend and deliver challenging spend targets
On a monthly basis, prepare and present balanced scorecards to Management. This includes P&L (operating expenses), variance analysis with commentary and action plans
Initiative driven value-add tasks such as continuous improvement of processes
Proactively identifying risks and opportunities and offering solutions to problems
Ad hoc support to the FP&A Manager and the wider team as required
Analyze and interrogate the transactional database to identify and communicate appropriate trends effectively to the business
Supporting the Reporting Team with monthly and quarterly cost narratives
Develop KPIs, systems and analysis tools as required by the business

Your Profile:
Bachelor degree
ACA, ACCA or CIMA accreditation
Mathematics/Statistics Degree or Background desirable
Highly organized - able to adapt quickly in a fast moving environment and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Initiative and problem solving
Excellent numeracy skills
Attention to detail
Excellent team player
Dynamic and self-motivated
Ability to work with large data sets
Excellent presentation skills
Knowledge of HFM and EBS desirable
Knowledge of Planning tools highly desirable (e.g. PBCS)
Advanced MS Excel skills (financial analysis, graphs, pivot tables, vlookups). Macros non-essential but desirable.
