General duties:
Participate in strategic projects sponsored by top management and delivered according to modern agile methodology principles;
Participate in projects for loan products development;
Analyze loan products data and loan processes;
Implement control and management of credit risk in a cost-beneficial way;
Initiate products’ quality analysis and discussions with stakeholders in strategic projects.

Requirements:
Masters University Degree;
Fluent in English;
Visionary approach in finding solutions on loan products development;
Risk management understanding;
Analytical skills;
Pro-active, result oriented team-player, willing to work in a dynamic environment;
Working with Data, is an advantage.
