Our partner is an international company, operating in the Bulgarian market for more than 30 years. Currently, we are looking for a motivated professional to join their team on the position of:

Financial Advisor

Main Responsibilities:

• Provides support in different financial processes, including accounting, MI and tax;
• Coordinates various accounting processes (stock management);
• Builds and maintains effective internal and external relationships, related to Financial Operations;
• Provides advisory on finance aspects of new business initiatives;
• Supports implementation of key projects;
• Supports year end closing and statutory audit;
• Contributes to organization and conducting of internal and external audits;
• Prepares ad-hoc financial analysis and reports;
• Independently ensures that a proper functioning control framework is in place and that risks are properly understood, reflected and managed;
• Supports costs monitoring, analysis and improvement (OPEX focus);
• Ad-hoc business advisory (Sales, Marketing, Network, Channel) and support to annual planning process (TnR) and quarterly LE.

Experience & Qualifications Required:

• University degree in the fields of accounting, finance, business, economics or a related field;
• 2 years of experience in Finance (accounting, business finance/advisory);
• Excellent knowledge of accounting, reporting, IFRS, and local GAAP;
• Awareness of direct and indirect taxation;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Proactive and flexible attitude to take over new interesting tasks;
• Organizational skills and prioritization are important;
• Good communication and stakeholder management;
• Fluent in English (speaking & writing);
• SAP ERP knowledge is an advantage.
