Our partner, a Bulgarian branch of an international financial service organizationis, provider of Accounting & Management Consultancy services to real estate and private equity funds and companies. Currently, we are looking for a motivated professional to join their international team on the position

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Main Responsibilities:
Preparing/reviewing financial statements, management reports, budgets and cash flow projection;
Gaining knowledge under various reporting frameworks – IFRS, US GAAP, INREV and Luxembourg GAAP;
Getting the chance to be very involved in the transaction process during acquisitions /disposals done by our clients;
Reviewing the work of other service providers (property and asset managers) and follow up with them;
Coacingh and guiding the junior staff relative to their position and review their workpapers;
Ensureing compliance with client reporting requirements;
Coordinating and follow up client meetings and deliverables;
Working with auditors to ensure smooth audit process;
Assisting in the coordination of new business and products implementations;
Working with corporate tax advisors and lawyers for the local compliance process.

Requirements:
3-7 years of experience in accounting or audit;
University degree in the fields of Accounting/Finance/Economics or a related field;
Previous experience in Big 4 or an international financial service provider is a serious advantage;
Excellent knowledge of IFRS;
Ability to demonstrate initiative and transfer knowledge and experience from one project to another
Strong analytical mindset and logical thinking;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
ACCA or other qualification would be a great advantage;
Ability to communicate with client staff at all levels;
Experience with international Real Estate / Private Equity structures is an advantage;
Fluent level of English written and spoken;
Second language is an advantage (French or German).
