For one of our clients, an innovative and leading company specializing in client services, we are looking for:

Payroll Specialist


At this position you will:

Performs the entire payroll process including the raw data collection (time sheets, salary elements data etc.), process Payroll system computation, act as liaison between with FiCo and HR for payment process;
Implements the recapitulations and records prescribed by the legislation related to the calculation of salaries and wage compensations;
Provides the application of the social and fiscal legislation;
Communicate with the Institutions providing all mandatory reports (regular and ad hoc);
Act as SPOC for Payroll system updates and developments initiated by both the business and legislation changes;
Responds to requests initiated by employees, HRBP and managers about payroll;
Provide proper personnal administration as per national law.

This would be the right role for you if you possess:

University degree in Economics or Accounting;
Very good knowledge of the local employment law;
Minimum 3 years of payroll execution experience
Advanced HRIS user and MS Office user, particularly Excel;
Ability to work in a dynamic environment;
Proficient communication skills;
Fluent English in both speaking and writing;
Ability to navigate change management and process complex and changing information;
Strong analytical skills, curios to learn and develop.
