Position Title: FP&A Analyst (EMEA & APAC)
We’re currently looking for a FP&A Analyst to join the Global Finance Services Team based in Sofia and report directly to Regional FP&A Manager which cover both EMEA & APAC region.

What you’ll be doing?
Performing core FP&A processes such as Monthly Forecast & Flash, Quarterly performance review and Annual budget processes. Gain an understanding of the key financial drivers in each of the regional markets and central cost functions.
Ensure good understanding of the market functions and their respective recharge structures to enable insightful commentary.
Issue clear and concise instructions / timelines and track performance against them
Preparation of the monthly reporting and forecasting information packs, working with the markets to understand performance, current issues and trends covering P&L and monitoring key KPI’s
Produce analysis to be used at an executive level, to directly influence the direction of the business; constantly test the business against internal and external benchmark
Assist of various Regional or Global projects.
Drive FP&A process improvement and reporting automation.
Ensure excellent and consistent data quality in the financial systems

What you’ll bring?
University degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant business field
+ 3 years experience working in a Financial Accounting or FP&A function, including dealing with stakeholders in different locations.
Good understanding of financial management information
Ability to be proactive and work independently, with the skill to adapt and drive change where necessary
Technical accounting skills and proficiency with Excel
Knowledge of systems such as Oracle, Hyperion and OBIEE will be considered as advantage
Very good level of verbal and written English
