Position Title: Senior Billing Executive with Spanish

What you’ll be doing?
Daily monitoring of the respective team’s queues, workload prioritization and distribution across the team
Ensuring KPI’s/SLA’s are met for all Business Units and proper planning and actions are taken to achieve them
Act on as a first point of contract for escalations and process queries
Support month end activities and co-own the month end checklist completion
Troubleshoot billing issues and escalate to the relevant teams and management level
Prepare monthly reports
Adhering to internal and external audit requirements; support in the performing of process quality and compliance audits
Provide high level overviews of team performance
Identify process gaps and opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Maintain and update process documentation and process maps
Provide training to newcomers and knowledge sharing sessions to stakeholders and colleagues
Regularly update and improve the new hires onboarding plan
Act on as a first point of contract for stakeholder queries and escalations and work towards a win-win solution

What you’ll bring?
1+ year of related experience;
Relevant higher education degree;
Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish;
Proven experience of training and supporting new hires;
