Job Description

What you'll be doing?

· Daily monitoring of the respective team’s queues, workload prioritization and distribution across the team
· Ensuring KPI’s/SLA’s are met for all Business Units and proper planning and actions are taken to achieve them
· Act on as a first point of contract for escalations and process queries
· Support month end activities and co-own the month end checklist completion
· Troubleshoot billing issues and escalate to the relevant teams and management level
· Prepare monthly reports
· Adhering to internal and external audit requirements; support in the performing of process quality and compliance audits
· Provide high level overviews of team performance
· Identify process gaps and opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness
· Maintain and update process documentation and process maps
· Provide training to newcomers and knowledge sharing sessions to stakeholders and colleagues
· Regularly update and improve the new hires onboarding plan
· Act on as a first point of contract for stakeholder queries and escalations and work towards a win-win solution

Qualifications

What you'll bring?

· 1+ year of related experience;
· Relevant higher education degree;
· Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish;
· Proven experience of training and supporting new hires;
