Position Title: Senior Billing System Specialist

What you’ll be doing?
Troubleshooting issues - Review incidents raised, validate error conditions, and identify possible reasons for failure
Provide expertise on how to leverage features of the billing system.
Create and maintain user documentation and reference guides
Working with business users, stakeholders, account managers to provide guidance and information on the Billing Systems functions (RPM, ARIA, RDE)
Conduct user training and application overviews. Create and maintain training packs.
User Acceptance Testing - Create and own user test plans for the acceptance testing of new features or break fixes
Coordinate testing activities where multiple parties are involved
QA Testing - Perform testing of new features or break fixes throughout development sprints
Working with business users, stakeholders, account managers to confirm and produce business requirements for features that require development by the technical teams
Business requirement analysis - Scope and define functional requirements for enhancements and/or changes to the billing systems
High level design - Document high-level design (i.e. how system should work) for enhancements and/or changes to the billing systems
Build Ad-hoc reports - Determine data required to meet reporting requirements and develop new reports where required
Provide guidance and assistance to the Billing Systems users on how to create a Request for Change (RFC) for enhancements they consider beneficial to the application and users
What you’ll bring?

Previous experience working in a fast-paced function is essential;
Analytical problem solver with an eye for the detail;
Team player with abilities to work in complex cross-functional and geographically diverse teams
Ability to process and present large quantities of financial data, so you will have strong Excel (pivots, Boolean operators, lookup/match functions) and PowerPoint skills
You'll be able to demonstrate that you have the confidence and ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal) as well as being comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels
ITIL Foundation qualification / exposure
Knowledge of external test tools and utilities, would be advantageous but not essential
