For one of our clients – global leader in the field of customer experience solutions. We are
looking for driven, open and customer-oriented individuals for the role of Consumer Care
Representative with Finish, Swedish, Dutch, Russian, French, Danish, Norwegian and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Using all communication skills in order to understand customer’s issues correctly;
* Paying close additional attention to sensitive issues and contacts;
* Committing to understanding consumers’ expectation for different products;
* Developing detailed understanding of the company’s product portfolio;
* Supporting colleagues and constantly improving of consumer’s experience.

Requirements:
* Good Finish, Swedish, Dutch, Russian, French, Danish or Norwegian and English skills
(verbal and written);
* Good typing and MS Office skills,
* High school education, work experience in a similar role is an advantage;
* Strong verbal communication skills, active listening, empathy and ability to recognize and
manage emotions;
* Excellent organizational, analytical and decision-making skills;
* Friendly and open, team-oriented attitude.
