General duties:
Lead a sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales territories and building their team;
Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls;
Meeting planned sales goals;
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team;
Tracking sales goals and reporting results;
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team;
Coordinating with business development team on lead generation;
The ongoing training of salespeople;
Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education;
Promoting the organization and products;
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Requirements:
Ability to lead a sales team (10-17 people);
Experience in B2B sales;
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Experience in customer relationship management.
Experience managing and directing a sales team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Dedication to providing great customer service.
Entrepreneurial and commercial mind set – always looking for business opportunities and an ability to solve complex problems;
Excellent communication skills and personal qualities of integrity, credibility and quality;
Fluent English – written and spoken;
University degree in finance, marketing, accounting or business administration, negotiation and presentation skills;
Excellent computer skills – MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
A good team player, capable of working in a fast-paced pressured environment.
