Country Finance Manager



Role overview:

Animates and coordinates all company financial activities within the country: finance, accounting, treasury, controlling, tax, legal, information system, internal control and customer care.

He or she oversees the good performance off these activities and control the risks.

He or she participates in the definition of the company's annual strategy and commercial policies within the framework of the long-term objectives and strategy built with the country manager and applies them.

He or she assures the direct responsibility of the personnel of its department and the means entrusted to it.



Main responsibilities:
Grow and manage the teams of financial, accounting, credit management and customer care department.
Prepare budget, forecast and business plan in accordance with the strategic decisions of the Country and the Divisional.
Ensure reliable reporting: prepare monthly and half-yearly results, analyze the discrepancies from budget, estimates and previous year.
Ensure the application of group procedures and accounting standards; Validate accounting closures and the main choices in terms of closing in relation with the Group Accounting Department.
Manage Cash flow in accordance with group policy.
Ensure the security of financial flows.
Define the main orientations of the controls and key indicators to be set up and the reporting framework designed for the Country and Divisional Executive Management especially the EBIT per ARC, per region and per Sector
Ensure the reduction of the payment delay of customers by implementing an appropriate collection policy in according to the Division's International Credit Management.

Requirements and qualifications:

At least 5 years of previous experience on a senior finance/accounting role;
Higher education in the fields of finance and accounting;
Fluent English;
Experience working with IFRS;
Solution oriented, pro-active mindset
Creative and dynamic personality, able to adapt to changing situations.
