Order Management Associate with Italian/Spanish/German (Standard working hours)
Main responsibilities:
• Key orders accurately and on-time with regard to internal procedures and with agreed service level targets;
• Communicate effectively with regard to incoming orders, products requests, price inquires, supply inquires, delivery management, export documents creation, order status follow-up;
• Process and follow-up customer inquiries related to its scope;
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job requirements:
• Excellent level of Italian / Spanish / German ;
• Good verbal and written skills in English (at least B2);
• Practical knowledge of MS Excel;
• Previous experience in an outsourcing company;
• Previous experience with CRM/ERP systems will be considered an advantage.
