Position Title: FP&A Partner
We are in a search for FP&A Partner who will be designated to work at the centre of the UK&I finance team, having an understanding of the key financial drivers in each of our Business units and central cost functions and produce analysis to be used at an Executive level to directly influence the direction of the business.

What you’ll be doing?
Ensure the Monthly Forecast, Month End and annual budget processes
Deliver outputs in accordance with UK&I internal review and Group deadlines
Issue clear and concise instructions / timelines and track performance against them
Produce analysis to be used at an executive level, to directly influence the direction of the business; constantly test the business against internal and external benchmark
Ensure excellent and consistent data quality in the financial systems
Ensure Experian finance system capabilities are being leveraged to optimise reporting efficiency
Gain an understanding of the key financial drivers in each of our PCUs and central cost functions; Ensure good understanding of the PCUs/Shared Operations/COE/Enabling Functions and their respective recharge structures to enable insightful commentary
Drive continuous improvements

What you’ll bring?
5+ years experience of working in a Financial Accounting or FP&A function, including dealing with stakeholders in different locations.
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Adaptability to change and proven track record of working in and responding positively to a fast paced, matrix organisation
Excellent analytical, financial modelling and problem-solving skills, an unfaltering attention to detail and is highly logical and numerate
Strong drive to understand the commercial drivers of a business
Proven ability to present ideas and opinions in a collaborative, credible and influential manner and to make financial information simple and insightful for finance and non-finance decision makers
A continuous improvement mind-set
Strong knowledge and understanding of technical accounting issues – e.g. capex
Qualified Chartered Accountant with strong university degree qualification is recommended.
A member of internationally recognised accountancy qualification would be an advantage, i.e. CPA, ACA, CGMA (CIMA) or equivalent.
Excellent English language skills
