General duties:
Leads the implementation of strategies/initiatives targeted at DSK's Youth market segment that ultimately maximize market penetration, growth, and profitability and reduce the customer churn for the entrusted segment. Ownership on the development and delivery of the segment’s strategy. Develops cross-functional collaboration to support the overall customer value maximization.

Objectives and key results

Responsible for LTV for Youth Segments
Reduce customer churn rate for Youth Segments
Increase market penetration for clients in Youth Segments
Deliver the assigned OKRs as per the timeline and quality criteria
Identifies growth opportunities and areas for market evolution by applying insights
Objectively critiques the already existing processes, therefore optimize or create new customer journeys, products, processes etc.
Improve rNPS (increase the satisfaction and overall impression of the bank)
Uses relevant techniques to detect potential opportunities or threats to the product/organization

Research:

Coordinate cross-functional activities with research and customer intelligence teams to understand the preferences and behavioral patterns of the Youth Segments within DSK operating environment and make recommendations to Markets
Development of clearly articulated value propositions and product vision for Youth Segments based on customer needs
Prepare business case for new products development and negotiate with markets the prioritization

Customer acquisition:

Cooperate with Branding team to develop the brand positioning and communication strategy for NTB and NTP activities for Youth Segments

Increase customer value:

Cooperate with orchestration team to develop the rules-based actions strategy and criteria for Youth Segments
Cooperate with NBA team to propose discovery actions for training the data model used for Youth Segments
Reduce customers churn when progressing to next life stage by improving CX and designing a customized pricing strategy
Migrate customer in Youth Segments to higher value products, such as salary package/overdraft

Customer experience:

Develop educational activities for using banking services for the first time and value offers for key events in the life of the customers, such as becoming 14, 18, student, first job, et cetera. Measure and improve rNPS to become number one highest NPV bank in Bulgarian market for the Youth Segments Pinpoint areas of improvement in order to increase the customer journey and product mix

Requirements:
Experience in Product and/or Market Segment management;
Experience with strategic planning is an advantage;
Strong analytical skills and ability to formulate mid and long-term strategy for the entrusted segment;
Organizational skills and ability to lead projects including different departments;
University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s);
Advanced level of English language, both written and spoken;
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team;
Ownership mindset;
Customer obsession approach into delivering the day-to-day activities;
Strong decision-making skills, ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment and good prioritization skills are a must;
Stakeholder management skills are an advantage;
Result driven individual;
Ability to articulate complex ideas in a easy to understand (digestible) manner
Implements practices for cultivating relationships with high equity customers and/or partners to gain insight into requirements for current or new service offerings
