Position Title: Global Billing Business Analyst
We are currently looking for a Global Billing Business Analyst to join our growing team!

The role will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the strategy and objectives by participating and progressing a number of Aria and other Billing projects. The Billing Business Analyst will be working with the regional businesses to understand and document use cases, requirements and processes and will provide subject matter expertise to determine improvements, investigation into solution options and designs that are aligned with the agreed Experian strategy.

What you’ll be doing?
Act as the product owner for Billing strategy implementation and solution development in line with the Global Strategy
Work with line manager to prioritize objectives, billing strategy and project deliverables. Help make decisions about the best way to implement the business requirements and business processes.
Serve as a subject matter expert on Billing and how it fits into the prospect to cash customer life cycle including developing/implementing best practices, systems, processes and tools; and liaising with 3rd party providers.
Support regional teams on developing billing business cases and proposal options ensuring alignment with the agreed global billing strategy and global billing owner
Provide best practices and ongoing support to the business on how to leverage tools and systems and global standardization of billing process and functionality as well as business process change.
Analyse and document suitable recommendations for changes in existing solutions and/or fit with recommended solutions that are aligned with global strategy
Act as the interface between business and technical teams. Responsible for defining the requirements and agreeing solution design with technical lead and product manager.
Provide backlog management/ prioritization of deliveries, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories - ensuring detail user stories in place.
Active role in leading completion of Release/Sprint Goals and Provide ongoing communication to various senior business stakeholders and global steering committees on project status.
Ensure suitable handover from Project to Operations team including supporting documentation of user manuals and training for operational teams. Analyse, manage, iterate and track the continued success of features in production

What you’ll bring?
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or equivalent
3+ years’ experience leading as Business Analyst or equivalent in the billing space within a global multi-national organisation
Strong functional knowledge of Billing Solutions, processes and operations.
Good understanding of the end-to-end Prospect to Cash processes and solutions concepts.
Project Management experience would be useful – ideally with PMP/PRINCE2 Certification
Proven track record of process improvement and optimization – ideally with Lean Six Sigma “Belt” certification
Experience with Agile Delivery – Scrum Master certification would be an advantage
Strong presentation and communication skills
Highly self-motivated, able to successfully manage internal and external business partnerships, and drive results in a dynamic environment.
Ability to communicate at all levels including with senior stakeholders and management of project teams
Results oriented with ability to overcome obstacles and deliver results that help Experian globally Strong attention to detail
Experience with documentation of Business Processes and Systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English – other languages would be a plus
