Pricing and Retail Performance Manager

Accountabilities:
Creating and executing business strategies, related to the Retail pricing in collaboration with the Category Managers;
Planning and tracking the retail business performance and ROIs;
Setting inspiring and motivating targets on site level – both for business planning and active selling;
Analysing effectiveness of promotions;
Building data reports on range and make analysis of space allocation and assortment performance;
Managing commercial budgets with responsibility for revenue streams, operational expenditure proceeds, margin and supplier income;
Monitoring competitor activities and proposing response using inventory of retail marketing communications;
Building data reports of the assortment performance;

Experience & Qualifications Required:
University degree in Economics, Finance or relevant field;
Proven work experience 3+ years, preferably within Finance or FMCG;
Retail Marketing experience;
Strong commercial and result driven mindset;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Fluency in English;
