B2B Order Specialist with French
Main responsibilities:
•The main focus of the role is providing support to corporate individual clients via email and phone;
•Resolving and investigating various cases regarding purchase orders, deliveries, invoices and payments and communicating the outcome to the corporate clients;
•Assessing and managing inventory levels to ensure continuity of supply;
•Working with specialized software.

Job requirements:
•Fluent level of French (C1);
•Very good level of English (B1-B2);
•Previous experience in logistics and customer service;
•Have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
