Job Description

What you'll be doing?

· Performing all the relevant new customer checks and opening new accounts and setting the customer up to access the relevant products;
· Checking documentation is complete,
· Loading invoicing files into the system
· Actioning account amendments to pricing
· Managing day to day workloads;
· Adhering to all Compliance and Global Security procedures;
· Analysing and interpreting requirements to ensure correct actions are met;
· Investigating queries through to resolution and fixing the root cause;
· Identifying process or system improvements;
· Updating process documentation as required;

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

· University Degree
· Good written and spoken English;
· Another European Language will be considered an advantage;
· Able to work on own initiative and prioritise daily workload accordingly;
· Able to work under pressure;
· Accurate processing of information;
· Good attention to detail;
· Good written and verbal communication skills;
