General duties:
Leads a team of professionals responsible for the preparation, implementation, control and reporting activities of the DSK Bank’s Real estate Investment Program.
Provides a successful and efficient management, organization and supervision of all the phase of investment projects – initial and technical design, implementation and clients handover of completed projects related to real estate construction, refurbishment and maintenance in own and leased buildings and premises of DSK Bank’s branch network, Head Quarters and subsidiaries.
Takes a leading role in the development and modification of the internal banking regulations related to Real estate investment projects processes.
Actively manages and supervises the technical part of the preparation and processing of tender procedures, individual and framework contracts for: design/1/, construction works/2/, construction supervision/3/, production, delivery and installation of furniture and visual elements /4/, compliant with the DSK and OTP internal processes and regulation as well as local legislation, ensuring maximum effect to the Bank in terms of time schedule, price, and quality.
Responsible for energy efficiency measures and projects of all real estate portfolio of DSK.

Requirements:
Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering or Architecture either Economics in the Construction field.
At least 5-year practical experience in relevant to the position sphere and people management.
Theoretical and practical knowledge in construction and maintenance including interior design
Advanced computer literacy – M365 functionalities and Apps, AutoCad, MS Project.
Good command of English
Driving license
