General duties:
Execute change requests provided by business analysts. Jointly with BA and IT, elaborate on the most efficient way to implement the requirements.
Modify rules, score cards, champion-challengers and other loan approval strategy elements in the bank’s decision-making system. Test the changes.
Document strategy alterations. Keep the change log.
Monitor the performance of the system. Optimize decision-making.
Drive and participate in implementing new technologies, tools, and integrations with new information sources into the loan approval workflow.
Consult and support Risk colleagues on topics related to the decision-making system.
Represent Retail Risk in the Bank’s major IT infrastructure and integration projects

Requirements:
University degree in a technical or business area (Business Informatics, IT, Finance, Economics, Mathematics)
Professional experience: 2+ years in Risk technology / Software development / Algorithm engineering
Analytical abilities, including strong ability to query/gather, segment, leverage database information using SQL (MS and Oracle databases). Track record of business tasks solving with software tools
Knowledge of basic principles of database architecture
Ability to work independently and with other groups in a professional and productive manner
Fast learning and excellent problem-solving skills
Efficient and flexible under tight deadlines and conflicting priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bulgarian
