For one of our clients –a successful global software company which offers a leading CFD trading platform we are on a search for a Payroll Expert with English.


Responsibilities:

Accurately calculating payroll by factoring in various components, such as, shifts in scheduling hours, overtime, bonuses, and other relevant factors;
Handling monthly payroll and payments and creating obligatory reports for the management;
Keeping track of payroll changes in local legislation and implementing them as they come;
Preparing needed data for company's management;
Creating specific reports according to managements' requests and in regular time intervals;
Advising internal clients on their labor and payroll issues.


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or relevant Accounting or HR qualification;
3+ years of experience in payroll processing;
Fluent in English;
Previous experience with shift scheduling;
Proven ability to work with multinational companies;
Excellent communication, analytical and organization skills;
Excellent knowledge of Excel;
Very good knowledge of Bulgarian payroll software will be considered as a plus.
