Accounts Payable Team Leader with German and English


Main responsibilities:

- Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment;
- Responding to all vendor inquiries;
- Payment run preparation;
- Reconcile vendor statements and correct discrepancies;
- Assist in month-end closing;
- Booking of different types of invoices and expense reports in an ERP system.

This would be the right role for you if you have:

- 2-3 years of experience as Accounts Payable or General Ledger;
- Fluency in English and German (C1);
- Experience in leading an Accounting Team will be considered an advantage;
- Excellent MS Office skills.
