Principal duties and responsibilities:
Participation in audit engagements performed in accordance with the International Standards on Auditing (ISA) by carrying out audit work as assigned
Assist the audit manager in obtaining documentation including analysis of accounting and other applicable information and documentation to identify accounting and auditing issues
Understand the audit client's industry and recognize key performance drivers and business trends while staying informed of general business/economic developments and their impact to the audit client
Demonstrate ability to high quality performance of audit engagements along with ensuring deliverables meet work plan specifications and deadlines
Develop and maintain effective communication with Client management bodies at each stage of the audit engagement and contribute to a strong and positive client relationship through interactions with client personnel

Knowledge, experience and skills:
Minimum experience of 3 years in audit
University degree in Accounting, Finance or Engineering
Bulgarian and/or international accounting qualification such as CPA and/or ACCA is an advantage
Good analytical, organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and strict compliance with deadlines
Fluent in English including reading, speaking and writing
Excellent business communication etiquette
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Excellent computer literacy including Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Power Point
