Sr. Transactions & Billing Specialist with SPANISH/ ITALIAN & English
Main responsibilities:
- Processing transactions and loading invoices in the company’s ERP system;
- Updating pricing and client data within the system and keeping correct statements of both;
- Processing new customer’s documentation and opening new accounts, as well as setting them up;
- Investigating and resolving queries and client cases;
- Timely and correctly booking of all documents in compliance with company requirements.

Job requirements:
- Experience working in BPO is a solid advantage;
- Experience in the same or similar role is an advantage;
- Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish/ Italian (C1 Level);
- Good professional ethics and teamwork skills.
