Principal duties and responsibilities:
Lead corporate finance work, as well as deliver advisory on business strategy and growth;
Assist in the selection, design and implementation of planning and reporting software tools;
Determine the project scope and resource requirements of each engagement, attending initial client meetings and deal structuring;
Understand the client's industry and recognize key performance drivers and business trends while staying informed of general business/economic developments and their impact to the clients;
Demonstrate ability to high quality performance of corporate finance engagements along with ensuring deliverables meet work plan specifications, client expectations and deadlines;
Develop and maintain effective communication with Client management at each stage of the corporate finance engagements and contribute to a strong and positive client relationship through interactions with client personnel;
Work collaboratively with other departments to provide a comprehensive service;
Implement advisory skills across wider corporate finance matters within the firm.
Knowledge, experience and skills:
Minimum 5 years of work experience in financial audit or professional corporate finance;
University degree in Accounting or Finance;
CFA or ACCA candidate in progress will be considered an advantage;
Excellent skills in utilizing appropriate software applications to conduct financial analyses;
Good organizational and communication skills;
Strong analytical skills and an ability to understand key business drivers;
Attention to detail and strict compliance with deadlines;
Fluent in English including reading, speaking and writing;
Excellent business communication etiquette;
Strong organizational and prioritization skills;
Excellent computer literacy including Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Power Point.
