Job Description

The Commercial Operations Team performs a vital role in the success of the commercial model, taking responsibility for ensuring all contractual agreements are accurately translated into billing schedules, thereby ensuring accurate billing across the UK&I business.

You're probably wondering what you'll be doing:

· Create billing invoicing that is aligned to the terms of client contracts;
· Ensure accurate information is provided to Service & Billing team;
· Ensure Database is kept up to date;
· Provide detailed and accurate regular and ad-hoc reporting as per management needs;
· Support team in developing strong internal processes;
· Work with cross-functional teams in resolving billing and revenue related issues;
· Create and maintain process documentation;
· Complete day to day actives and ad-hoc tasks assigned for the successful team performance;
· Actively contribute to a culture where the fair treatment of customers is at the heart of the Experian business;

Qualifications

We look for you to bring:

· Experience of working under deadlines;
· Experience of investigating and interpreting deviations from expected financial outcomes;
· Fluency in English;
· High attention to detail;
· Excellent Microsoft Excel skills;
· Strong communicator.
