Position Title: Experian Summer Practice 2023 – Sofia Analytics Team
We are currently looking for ambitious students to join our 2-week Experian Summer practice initiative organized by the Sofia Analytics Team.

What you’ll be doing?
Credit scoring and modeling overview
Introduction to Python toolbox for modelling
Evaluation and analysis of provided data
Development of main modelling stages for a standard application scorecard
Building and assessing final model
Calibration, validation, and cut-off strategies

What you’ll bring?
2+ year Bachelor ‘s or Master‘s students in Mathematics, Econometrics, Statistics, Finance or related field
Excellent command of English is required as all materials provided are in English
Good analytical skills, and a desire to learn
Basic understanding of Python, including Pandas and NumPy packages
Personal Windows-based computer with internet access where you can install and use Python and Experian’s solution. You must also be able to join Teams online conference calls from this machine
To apply for Experian Summer Practice, you must submit your CV. Please note that the deadline for applications is 11th June 2023; the successful participants will be notified by 30th June 2023. Based on the received applications, you may be asked to complete an online test assessing your Python knowledge and analytical mindset to secure a place in the Experian Summer Practice.
