HEAD OF FINANCIAL REPORTING AND CONTROLLING
The successful candidates MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Financial Controlling, Accounting, Finance or related specialty;
- 10 years of Financial Reporting (IFRS/GAAP) and Consolidation experience in an international (multinational) environment;
- 6 years of experience in an audit or accounting services company;
- Team Management experience and experience in managing external experts / advisors related to Statutory Reporting/IFRS/GAAP Compliance;
- Strong knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and understanding of Taxation (Corporate Income Tax, Deferred Tax implications, Transfer Pricing);
- Advanced experience in the design, implementation and testing of risk assessment and control of business processes;
- Hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Microsoft Dynamics’ FI-GL accounting;
- Ready to travel on business trips abroad;
- Excellent command of English language (both written and verbal);
- High attention to detail combined with strong analytical, project management and collaborative skills.
