As a Senior Custody & Reporting Services Support, you will be responsible to manage the lifecycle of financial instrument as follow:

Job Specification



Providing support to the Head of Custody Operations, by ensuring all tasks are being executed accurately and in a timely manner;
Booking of dividends / coupon payments and submitting transactions for validation;
Providing support in verifying transactions related to dividend/coupon payments and/or corporate actions
Instruct Corporate Actions in CitiDirect based on Client decisions.
Executing of reconciliations on a daily and monthly basis;
Reconciliation of financial instruments positions (internal versus sub custodian)
Support creation of regulatory reporting (e.g. QI, EMIR. MIFID, FATCA, CRS)
Support in preparing Sub custodian Due Diligence
Support on preparing files for ETD an OTC Collateral Management process.

Preparing and updating a weekly KPI Report to the Head of Custody Operations with the current status of the all ongoing tasks executed by the rest of the team members
Suggests areas for improvement or efficiencies to processes.


Skills Required

University degree in Finance / Business Administration or some years of experience in banking operations / middle office function;
Very good command of English language, both written and verbal (C level);
Very good command of German skills would be an advantage;
Knowledge of ClearStream / Euroclear;
Good understanding of banking related topics and bookings.
