We are currently looking for a Senior Settlement Services Support Officer to support our department Custody Operations. If you want to be part of our multidisciplinary team and are interested in this excellent opportunity, please apply for this role.

The Role & Key Responsibilities:


Booking and validating of Securities transactions;
Booking and validating of Derivatives transactions;
Management of open Security Positions within our external custodians;
Interacting / Escalating with our Sub-custodians, customers and counterparties;
Responding and actively working on customer complaints and all kinds of inquiries;
Actively participating in process changes and adaptations;
Supporting internal cross- departmental projects;
Collaborating with all departments within our bank as well as our international branches;
Client Set up considering the different interfaces.
Skills Required
Banking apprenticeship or Bachelor degree in a relevant field (economics, business administration, finance, etc.);
Professional experience in a similar field;
Good understanding of economic relationships and the processes of a bank;
Strong analytical and decision- making skills as well as a structured way of working;
Ability work successfully both autonomously and within teams;
Profound knowledge of Clearstream / CitiDirect advantageous;
Experience in project work advantageous;
Ability to set priorities, be flexible and highly accurate;
Knowledge of MS Office products(in particular Excel) , further system knowledge e.g. IBSY, SWIFT, etc. would be an asset;
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbally - in English, German and any other European language advantageous.
