Position Title: Client Delivery Integration Analyst
As a vital member of the Client Delivery function within our Decision Analytics division, the role of Delivery Analyst centers on providing clients with support and helping them to consume our exceptional software solutions.

What you’ll be doing?
Ensuring robust client engagement throughout all client delivery phases.
Conducting software configuration across various software suites.
Performing analytical tasks to support clients in defect resolution.
Offering comprehensive client support throughout the entire project lifecycle (Build, Test, Run).
Contributing to a vibrant Community of practice, fostering continuous improvement.
Creating and Maintaining impactful documentation to underpin processes and procedures.
Client Centric, proactively taking the lead where appropriate to ensure the best outcome for our customers.
This role is your gateway to cultivating a versatile set of business, technical, and interpersonal skills. You'll collaborate with some of the world's largest organizations, enabling them to respond swiftly to market dynamics and opportunities.

What you’ll bring?
A degree in computing or equivalent experience.
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
High level of English
Experience in stakeholder management.
Prioritisation and miltitasking skills
High motivation, a natural inclination to take initiative.
The ability to work autonomously within a team, or under guidance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including the latest versions of Powerpoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams and Service Now.
Experience working in an agile environment in a KANBAN driven setting.
Familiarity with a LINUX based operating systems.
Working knowledge of XML/JSON.
Working Knowledge of soap/restful API’s.
Prior experience in configuring and delivering software solutions.
Small scale project management.
