Job Description

The Manager will be accountable for the success, performance and development of the Process, Architecture and Transformation function in the market. This position will be critical for proper market (delivery) strategy execution and for supporting regional vision on platforms and delivery, as well as for contributing to a positive improvement in NPS.

The role’s responsibilities include the continuous identification of improvement potential both for existing services and delivery portfolio, as well as for consolidation and modernization of services to further enhance delivery pace, quality and cost effectiveness of client offerings.

You're probably wondering what you'll be doing:

· Establishing and maintaining effective process framework to ensure fast pace and high quality of delivery;
· Initial focus to implementing and optimizing Agile framework to achieve benefits on productivity;
· Interlocking with other EMEA and market functions to ensure seamless process interlock and continuous improvement on product launch, client support and client delivery;
· Managing architect community to ensure consistent approach on projects, and to ensure that team has supplementary skills developed;
· Lead major transformation activities across -but not restricted to- Operations.
· Managing cross factory teams and services - as UI team, BI Reporting team, Back-office support functions.
· Staffing management of Architecture (Lead), UI Team, BI Reporting team, Back-office support functions.
· Occasional Travel within NE may be required

Qualifications

We look for you to bring:

· 8+ relevant years of experience;
· Experience with Agile processes and SCRUM teams or similar;
· Advanced knowledge and Significant Experience on optimizing delivery frameworks;
· Project Professional -Experience on managing major transformation programs and activities;
· Experience of identifying, managing and delivering Continual Service Improvement and Knowledge Share;
· Have leadership experience in a context with diverse stakeholders;
· Ideally have previous experience in managing people;
· Strong Process engineering and maintenance skills;
· Advanced knowledge on platform / product architecture and development tools;
· Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and workstreams in a fast-paced environment;
· Strong communication skills -transforming complex information into simple communication;
· Excellent verbal and written English and communication skills.
