General duties:
Data Visualization and Interpretation: Utilize PowerBI to craft detailed, interactive, and dynamic data visualizations. Transform raw data into meaningful insights, summarizing and communicating the findings effectively to stakeholders of varying technical expertise.
Technical Documentation: Construct detailed technical specifications that clearly outline requirements for the BI Development team. Effectively bridge the communication between non-technical stakeholders and the development team to ensure accurate implementation of data models and analytics tools.
Data Consistency and Accuracy: Regularly perform data quality checks to maintain data integrity across all datasets. Troubleshoot and resolve any inconsistencies, collaborating with BI Development as necessary. Verify data inputs and outputs from the BI Development team for accuracy.
Collaboration and Communication: Act as a liaison between various teams, including business stakeholders, BI Development team, IT, and other analysts. Demonstrate strong team collaboration skills and effective communication.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct extensive data analysis using a variety of techniques. Interpret patterns and trends to provide actionable insights, driving business decisions.

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Data Analysis, Information Systems, or a related field
Experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial sector
Proficiency in Power BI and/or R and/or Python and/or SPSS and/or other statistical packages and experience with SQL and relational database concepts
Exceptional technical writing skills with proven experience in creating detailed technical specifications
Highly detail-oriented with a dedication to data accuracy and consistency
Excellent analytical abilities with experience in data interpretation and trend spotting
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders
Knowledge of data privacy and governance best practices
