For one of our clients – a company offering next-level products and services in the BPO field.
We searching for capable, motivated and skilled conversationalists for the role of
Invoicing and Collections Assistant with Italian or German and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Leasing with customers via email or call and helping with transactions and related issues;
* Offering solutions for issues with invoicing-collecting process;
* Following up on inquiries from customers, other departments and sales;
* Supporting and assisting other team-members and contributing to good work atmosphere;
* Participating in meetings and other team activities in order to improve process quality;
* Making sure that daily invoicing is being done according to schedule;
* Pursuing collections on accounts that are past due date and complying to local policies;
* Taking care of other tasks assigned by the management based on qualifications and work
requirements.

Requirements:
* Fluent in Italian or German and English language;
* Finance related education and/or experience is required;
* Knowledge of CRM and/or invoicing software is desirable;
* Previous customer service experience is an advantage;
* Customer-focused analytical thinker, eager to find solutions and provide help;
* Capable conversationalist, able simplify complex solutions to customer questions;
* Skilled with MS Office applications and PC literate;
* Excited and motivated by a fast-paced environment.
