General duties:
Manage a team of 3 data business analysts, which are expected to conduct extensive data quantitative and qualitative analysis about cash loan product and cash loan market
Act as the “voice of logic” and “voice of numbers” inside the cash loan market by coordinating the creation of all the needed analytical support to follow the business evolution and identify patterns for possible future improvements
Coach his team and support them in the creation of numerical argumentations (business cases) and presentations to the decision makers and the cash loan market peers/internal clients, based on the identified insights of the cash business
Manage operatively the tasks of his team to ensure high efficiency and reach the expected deliverables within the set deadlines
Coordinate his people and act as a communication liaison between various business stakeholders, BI team peers, risk portfolio managers and other data analysts and experts from DSK or OTP Group
Demonstrate strong team collaboration skills and effective communication

Requirements:
Employee with experience managing small teams (up to 5 people) or big projects (e.g. experienced project)
Solid understanding and/or previous expertise PowerBI, SQL language. Python understanding and knowledge would be a big plus
Good understanding of Cash loan product metrics and how to track their performance by various dimensions of the business (like channels, process types, product features, etc)
Excellent problem-solving attitude and out-of-the-box thinking. Result orientation / entrepreneurship mindset, governed by proactiveness and initiative
Analytical and financial background (e.g. previous experience as product manager/ retail lending manager / retail risk manager)
University degree in a Business, Informatics, or Mathematics related discipline (Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Informatics, Mathematics)
Excellent command of English language
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Team player person able to work in dynamic environment and to handle both ad-hoc and repetitive tasks and/or management requests about the business evolution
