For one of our clients – a software company that is on a mission to revolutionize the gaming industry with unmatched consumer experiences worldwide – we are looking for a true team player with energy and enthusiasm for new challenges for the role of Head of Payments and KYC.

Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with payment service providers and oversee onboarding and negotiations.
Develop and execute a robust Payments and KYC strategy aligned with the company vision.
Monitor transactions, analyze performance, and identify trends for improvement.
Optimize payment strategies and explore marketing collaborations with providers.
Lead business development efforts and research new payment products.
Coordinate effectively between departments for seamless operations.
Utilize data sources to present insights and drive informed decisions.

Requirements:
A proven track record with at least 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar position within the
Online Gambling, Gaming industry.
Strong skills in data interpretation for payments and customer experience analysis.
Familiarity with payment gateways, , aggregators, card schemes, payments operations, APIs,
and back-office tools.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Experience with PaymentIQ program (minimum 2 years).
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and strong organizational skills.
Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation.
