For one of our clients – a world-wide trusted product company in the field of payment solutions – we are on the lookout for competent and motivated individuals for the role of Risk and Chargeback Specialist with English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support all sides of the issuing process associated with different payment solutions;
* Utilize expertise regarding card schemes guidelines in the context of chargebacks;
* Investigate and escalate cases related to fraud, write-offs, system and processing issues;
* Participate in upgrading established automation processes and introducing the latest safe practices in the field;
* Ensure adherence to the approved anti-fraud procedures.

Requirements:
* Previous experience in payment processing and managing chargebacks;
* Extensive knowledge in issuing processes and card schemes guidelines is a must;
* Advanced level of English;
* Strong computer skills;
* Good interpersonal and collaboration skills.
