For one of our clients - a European leader in leveraged and inverse exchange traded products. We are on a search for an experienced, skilled and motivated people for the role ofa Senior Fund
Administrator.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Fund Accounting and Valuation: Oversee and manage the fund accounting process as well as
ensure accurate and timely calculation of Net Asset Value (NAV) for the funds ;
* Financial Reporting: Prepare and review periodic financial statements and Net Asset Value
calculations, including cash and portfolio reconciliation, portfolio valuation, calculation of fees and
accruals and other required actions, ensuring they meet industry and regulatory standards;
* Transaction Management: Ensure that all ETF transactions, including creations, redemptions,
income, and expenses, and corporate actions are accurately recorded and booked.;
* Reconciliation: Lead the daily reconciliation of all cash, investment positions, and other balance
sheet items related to the ETFs.
* Compliance: Ensure that all fund accounting activities are compliant with regulatory requirements
and industry best practices;
* Process Improvement: Evaluate and enhance fund administration processes for efficiency and
effectiveness.
*Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with portfolio managers, custodians, auditors, and other
stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and accurate reporting.

Requirements:
* 3 or more years’ of experience in fund accounting.
* Strong knowledge of ETF structures, operations, and regulatory requirements;
* Proficiency in fund accounting software and systems;
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills;
* Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively;
