For one of our clients – a company known for their services and long-lasting collaborations
with various global clients. We are looking for capable, effective and proactive decision-
makers individuals for the role of Contract Transition Specialist with French, German, Spanish or Italian and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Designing the transition plan, start-to-finish;
* Cooperating with client on execution of the plan and customizing the process (if necessary);
* Setting up billing and reconciliation;
* Working closely with local teams for hardware and software installation;
* Handling transition of customer owned devices, hardware moves and disposals (if needed);
* Managing remote services setup and enablement of supplies deliveries;
* Ensuring project is delivered in time, on an expected budget and it meets the quality standards, as cited in the contract.

Requirements:
* Proficient in French, German, Spanish or Italian and English language;
* 3+ years of transition & project management experience with customer projects (preferably,
HW/SW installations);
* Confident conversationalist, presenter and negotiator, able to build trust and adjust to
various levels of employees while communicating;
* Problem-solver and a decision-maker, able to take control of the situation and lead towards
a successful conflict resolution;
* Team-player, responsible and reliable, ready to support others when needed;
* Effective when prioritizing tasks, skilled with planning, coordinating and organizing;
* Certified in PMP/Prince 2 (Practitioner), ITIL, MPS Knowledge;
* At least High School level of education (Bachelor’s diploma is preferred).
