General duties:
Developing the DSK Bank employer brand in line with the strategy inside and outside;
Clearly formulating and communicating the bank’s Employee value proposition to help s attract talent;
Manage relations with partners, platforms and academics/universities to position DSK Bank’s brand
Organize, manage and conceptualize our participation in career events and forums
Conduct, analyze and promote actions related to the voice of the people including Regular pulse checks and feedback, employee NPS etc.
Manage open and transparent internal communication;
Run various organizational culture projects that impact the whole organization.

Requirements:
Have relevant experience in HR engagement, employee life journey design, competence development, career paths etc.
Understand the way of functioning of large organizations;
Have passion of what you are doing – make the goals of culture change your own goals, don’t be afraid to innovate;
Keep the people needs in the center of your strategy
