General duties:
Collaborate with stakeholders in the Risk Division and across the bank to further develop and operate the Sustainability and ESG framework for effective risk management and strategy setting;
Participate in the on-going assessment of climate-related and environmental risks, including improvements to processes, methodologies, data and technology;
Proactively monitor evolving supervisory expectations related to Sustainability and ESG (with focus on EU regulations), stay current with leading industry practices, and help drive the design and implementation of new requirements in the bank;
Monitor key risk indicators related to Sustainability/ESG, analyze trends and propose actions;
Develop various presentations, reports, and disclosures for internal and external purposes (e.g., Sustainability Report);
Support targeted training and awareness initiatives across the organization related to Sustainability and ESG topics;
Liaise with colleagues in the Business Division for knowledge sharing and building on opportunities for sustainable finance.

Requirements:
Knowledge of financial services risk management and Sustainability / ESG concepts; prior direct work experience in these fields is a plus (1-3 years);
Familiarity and strong interest in regulatory and industry developments related to Sustainability / ESG, with focus on EU; Passionate about continuous learning;
Team-oriented, flexible and motivated to work in a rapidly evolving area;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in English, both written and verbal, is a must;
Understanding of banking business model;
Minimum bachelor degree in a related field.
