General duties:Employee engagement survey conduct and action plans
Employee motivation and recognition initiatives
Employee life journey re-design: related key moments; onboarding, exit, career interviews
Special target groups’ lifecycle design and career paths;
Employee retention: Identification of special target groups: key staff, talents, influencers, successors;
Employee care: wellness academy and organizational psychology
Competence mapping at bank level – technology, knowledge, process, sales roles etc;
Internal Recognition program design and conduct
Requirements:
Have relevant experience in HR engagement, employee life journey design, competence development, career paths etc.
Understand the way of functioning of large organizations;
Have passion of what you are doing – make the goals of culture change your own goals, don’t be afraid to innovate;
Keep the people needs in the center of your strategy
