General duties:
Develop and implement process governance frameworks to ensure compliance, transparency, and accountability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and document standardized processes and procedures.
Support all divisions of the bank in creating and maintaining their process related documentation.
Maintain the process catalogue of the bank.
Conduct regular reviews to monitor adherence to established processes and identify opportunities for refinement.
Requirements:
Process Governance:

Develop and implement process governance frameworks to ensure compliance, transparency, and accountability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and document standardized processes and procedures.
Support all divisions of the bank in creating and maintaining their process related documentation.
Maintain the process catalogue of the bank.
Conduct regular reviews to monitor adherence to established processes and identify opportunities for refinement.


Process Improvement:

Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
Lead process improvement initiatives, utilizing methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean, to optimize workflows and enhance overall performance.
Collaborate with teams to gather input, feedback, and insights to drive continuous improvement efforts.
Facilitate communication between departments to ensure a cohesive approach to process governance and improvement.


Data Analysis and Reporting:

Define process metrics and KPIs for the processes in the bank.
Utilize data analytics tools to gather and analyze performance metrics.
Generate regular reports on process performance, highlighting key areas for improvement and success stories.
Define utilization models based on process catalogue and regularly report the performance.
