Legal adviser in Internal Control of Investment Activities

Основни задължения:
Performing of ongoing and subsequent monitoring and inspections of the investment activity of the bank for compliance with regulatory requirements;
Provision of advice and assistance to persons performing investment services and activities, with a view to the lawful implementation of the activity;
Monitoring of the national and European legislation related to investment activity, preparing opinions regarding their implementation in the activity;
Development and updating of internal acts related to the investment activity;
Drafting, coordinating, and implementing Group-level regulations;
Preparation of opinions related to the investment activity of the bank.
Record-keeping related to the activity of the unit.
Participation in training of employees related to the activity as an investment intermediary
Participation in the process of compliance assessments of new investment products, services, systems, and developments/amendments of existing ones.
Approval of informational, advertising and marketing materials

Изисквания за заемане на длъжността:

Master’s degree of Law;
Experience in the field of capital markets at least 1 year.
To meet the requirements of Art. 13, para. 4, items 1 – 4, 6 and 7 of Markets in Financial Instruments Act.
Fluency in written and spoken English;
Analytical skills and a result- oriented approach.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to perform effective in a high-pressure and demanding work environment.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
