For one of our clients – a global giant, operating in many field, famous for their many
products and service. We are looking for communicative, skilled and dedicated individuals for
the role of Backoffice Credit Control Specialist with Spanish, French or German and English -
Hybrid.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Tackle credit management issues on time and provide top-notch services to key folks like
customers, suppliers, front office, employees, execs, regulators, and third parties;
* Meet customer service needs as per agreements and feedback, stick to rules for credit
approvals and financial guidelines;
* Use tech tools like ERP systems for smooth service and accurate data and keep credit
management work instructions up-to-date;
* Help out team members and give advice on credit management;
* Handle credit insurance, allocate payments, and sort out customer accounts;
* Make outgoing payments and check and claim bank guarantees as per credit policies;
* Review and handle provider invoices and deal with government seizures and tax audits properly.

Requirements:
* Great at communicating and fluent in Spanish, French or German and English;
* Dedicated to top-notch customer service;
* Team player who loves helping out;
* Analytical and good at solving problems;
* Excellent at managing time, planning, and prioritizing tasks;
* Bachelor's degree;
* Experience in a multinational company or shared services with a good sense of business.
