Manager (Operational Risk Unit)


Some of your duties:

You will be responsible for implementing the Operational Risk framework in the company, creating a unified approach to its assessment. Besides, you will coordinate programs and processes for Risk identification and will have a chance to manage different projects and staff.

Key requirements for the role:

- Professional background as a (Deputy) Manager or Lead of an Operational Risk Department/ Unit;
- 7+ years of previous experience related to Operational Risk, Audit, Control or Compliance;
- University degree in Finance and Banking, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or similar;
- Familiarity with the regulatory framework for financial activities, and Basel II;
- Very good command of the English language;
- CFA, GARP, or other similar certifications.
