For one of our clients - a leading shared services company - we are looking for an Payroll Administrator (German-Speaking).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and update HR master and transaction data in ERP systems;
Ensuring compliance with all regulations for contract preparation and payroll accounting;
Process error logs for absences, maintain illness records, prepare, check, and forward reports, ensuring submission of required documents;
Prepare, compile, and forward appraisal forms, data, statistics, certificates, and notifications;
Realize, book, and monitor incoming and outgoing payments;
Check, transfer, and reconcile payroll data to the SAP FIBU system;
Prepare relevant documents for preliminary entry in the financial accounting system;
Conduct account reconciliations and prepare balance statements for monthly and annual financial statements;
Support administrative tasks for company integration management and correct distribution of house drinks.

Requirements:
One year of relevant administrative experience (HR, Payroll, etc.);
Proficiency in English: Essential;
German: Very good written and spoken;
IT proficiency (MS Office, SAP HR, SAP SF EC, time management system, ServiceNow).
