For one of our clients – a large, globally present company, operating in customer experience
field. We are on a lookout for adaptable, friendly and skilled conversationalist for for the role
of Insurance Analyst with German or Greek and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Regularly communicate with customers and relevant parties;
* Assist customers with insurance issues and meet their needs;
* Follow guidelines to handle and settle issues in a timely manner;
* Investigate issue details and request additional info from various sources;
* Collect and record data, decide on coverage;
* Foster a positive work atmosphere by supporting colleagues.

Requirements:
* Excellent Greek or German and English skills, both spoken and written;
* Proficient in MS Office and general PC use;
* Good conversationalist, adaptable and quick-thinking;
* Skilled multitasker with good time management;
* Team player, eager to contribute;
* Customer service experience is a plus.
